If you want to get to know Lance a little better go to the archives and view June 1, 2013. This is the three of us a couple years ago. Lance hasn't changed much...he is aging gracefully! Happy Birthday Lance!!! And many many more.
And now for a little catch up on our recent happenings. A couple weeks ago we went to Amanda and Austin's gender reveal party. If you remember, Amanda is the one that Craig walked down the isle back in October. It was a very nice party. Wonderful to visit with her family and this is a small world...some of my sisters friends are family friends of Amanda's family. But anyway...I won't stall in telling you the results.....I was hoping for a baby girl....this family needs a girl I tell you!!! So the time came....Amanda and Austin held a black balloon....the confetti inside would reveal the gender...blue for boy...pink for girl.

I am soooooo excited!! Congratulations you two!! We love you and can't wait for this little sweetie to come!
Liam loves to sleep with me. There is only one problem. I never sleep when he is with me. He starts off the evening chattering....how can one four year old have so much to talk about? Then he likes to sing. He makes up songs...truck and train songs...they are long......very very long! He has figured out a way to sleep with me. A few months ago he had a bad dream during the night and lay in bed afraid because he thought I would get mad if he woke me up. I felt such guilt and told him that I would never get mad if he woke me up because he needed me. Fortunately he has not taken too much advantage of that promise. He did try a few weeks ago. I had turned out his light and gone to get ready for bed myself. About five minutes later he comes into my room with his pillow and dragging three blankets. Trying to convince me he had a bad dream. I told him he had to fall asleep to dream. Anyway. Last night, or should I say in the wee hours of this morning, he came in pillow and blankies in hand and said he had a bad dream. He crawled into bed and fell right to sleep. My alarm went off at 7:30 and he woke up also. So today he has been tired. He fell asleep on the way to evening church and begged me to let him sleep during church. I told him to lean on me and close his eyes but he couldn't quit wiggling long enough. Craig put him to bed tonight and Liam told him that I wanted him to sleep with me tonight. I hope daddy convinced him otherwise!
I will leave you with a Liamism: Yesterday evening we took a bike ride. As we were getting ready Liam came down the stairs putting on a clip on tie. I asked him if he was going to wear the tie on the bike ride. He said yes and I asked why. "So everyone will know that I am Liam." I just love his fashion statements.
